David Hawkins Co-Moderated CLE Panel

David Hawkins today co-moderated a continuing legal education (CLE) panel on of the implications on the recent decision of the Supreme Court of Virginia in City of Chesapeake v. Dominion SecurityPlus Self Storage, LLC, 291 Va. 327; 785 S.E.2d 403 (Va. 2016). This case addressed how reservations and variances by granted by landowners or their agents in the land use process may be applied when that property is condemned under the power of eminent domain.
